CRISIS INTERVENTION

When a child is in acute danger of loss of education, forced FGM or child marriage, suffering abuse after the discovery of an unplanned pregnancy, or has experienced gender-based violence, they often need to be removed from the situation temporarily. Our trauma-informed response team handles these cases with culturally appropriate, timely action.

Our model is compliant with all Kenyan laws and child protection acts, as well as best practices in vulnerable child care.
